An exclusive event produced for Dior in Kyoto, blending luxury with refined Japanese hospitality. As Project Manager, I oversaw end-to-end coordination — sourcing and curating furniture to complement the venue’s atmosphere, managing catering logistics, and ensuring every detail aligned with Dior’s exacting standards.
Set across multiple spaces, the event required seamless communication between global teams, precise scheduling, and thoughtful execution. From custom-made Dior-pattern chōchin lanterns to washi paper cube lamps, every detail was thoughtfully selected to reflect Japanese craftsmanship and elevate the atmosphere. The sushi counter quickly became a guest favorite, adding a sense of liveliness to the refined setting.
